Child and Adolescent Therapy

I strongly believe that there is no such thing as a "bad" child. There is nothing to “fix,” but that doesn't mean we can’t work together to improve behaviors, teach healthier coping skills, and build your child's overall confidence. I have extensive experience  working with children and teenagers aged 5-17 in a variety of settings, particularly on OCD and anxiety-related issues. After an intake session with both the child and caregivers, I create a developmentally appropriate and individualized treatment plan tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Individual Adult Therapy

Adulthood comes with unique challenges, whether you're building a career, navigating college, adjusting to life after graduation, or managing the many responsibilities that come with growing older. No matter your stage of life, there is always room for growth, healing, and learning new ways to respond to anxiety and obsessive behaviors. We will address these challenges head-on, helping you build practical tools to manage stress, increase emotional resilience, and create lasting change. You don't have to remain stuck in old patterns. You can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control over your life.
