Insurance

I am *in the proccess of credentialing* and will be considered an in-network provider with

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBS) PPO

If you have a different insurance provider, I am considered an out-of-network provider.
Your policy may include out-of-network benefits, and I am happy to provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance in order to seek reimbursement.
In this case, you are responsible for payment in full on the date of service.

Initial Intake/Evaluation Session (60 minute session): $250

Individual Therapy Rate (53-minute session): $225

Individual Therapy Rate (45-minute session): $200

PSYPACT

I am PSYPACT certified, meaning I can see clients virtually who live in different states. To see if your state is a part of PSYPACT, please click here

Fees for therapeutic services outside of the office

Certain services related to a case may not be covered by insurance, but are clinically necessary.

If not covered by insurance, fees are based on a 45 minute time block and prorated correspondingly for longer and shorter duration services, prorated in 15 minute increments. These may include, but are not limited to:

unscheduled phone sessions
requested report writing or documentation
travel time
professional consultation
IEP meetings
school meetings

These will be reviewed during the intake session.
